Fastin diet pill review

Fastin diet pills are available over the counter and uses the name of a prescription weight loss drug that was removed from the market.

This new formulation is completely different from that of the prescription drug of the same name, although both are weight loss supplements. The pharmaceutical version contained phentermine, a stimulant that is still available by prescription.

So is the new Fastin a prescription grade diet pill? We review Fastin to find out the real truth.

What is Fastin?

Fastin contains a “proprietary blend with ThermoRX”, which is simply a mixture of amines, most notably phenethylamine, which is naturally found in some food products such as chocolate.

This product also contains caffeine and is touted by the manufacturer as a mood enhancer that helps you meet short term weight loss goals.

Fastin Side-effects

Despite the fact that this version of Fastin is available without a prescription, it does have several warnings regarding potential side effects. Both caffeine and phenethylamine have strong stimulant properties that can cause serious problems in people with anxiety, heart problems, insomnia and hypertension.

The use of Fastin should also be avoided in individuals who have a history of drug or alcohol problems.

Does Fastin Work?

The manufacturer of this version of Fastin appears to rely a lot on the reputation of the prescription product, although they are not at all similar. No scientific research is cited for the over the counter Fastin and a single bariatric physician who is apparently financially invested in the production of Fastin, is the only reviewer.

Do We Recommend Fastin?

The manufacturer of Fastin clearly explains that the product is meant only for short term use, yet if you sign up for the “free trial”, you will be placed on a permanent bi-monthly shipment plan. Of course, you have the option to cancel at any time, except you would have to find the fine print to realize that fact.

Aside from other facts they failed to mention, the maker of Fastin claims that phenethylamine helps improve mood by stimulating the production of norepinephrine. Unfortunately, actual scientific evidence has shown that the effect of phenethylamine is minimal, as the substance is quickly metabolized and excreted by your body.

Basically, you are left with a very expensive caffeine pill if you choose to take Fastin.

In summary, We would not recommend taking Fastin, why take a diet pill that is uncertain that it truly works? There are much stronger, legal fat burners available on the market that have been clinically proven to reduce your weight.
