1. Use Your Biorhythm Power!

It’s hard in today’s fast-paced world, but we need to get more sleep if we want to get slim. When our biorhythms are off, we end up eating more food. By losing sleep we also alter other hormones, and even affect our cortisol levels that cause insulin sensitivity, which is the prime reason for belly fat!

Getting approximately 7-8 hours of sleep per night is one of the best things we can do to get rid of fat deposits like belly fat.

So if you feel rundown, tired, and have trouble losing weight, you might just need more sleep to get you started.

2. Eat Fat?

Yes, that’s right! Eat more fat in order to burn fat! I’m not just talking about any fat, I’m talking about the good fats rich in Omega 3’s, like salmon, avocados &  walnuts.

These foods will keep you feeling full and they are also packed with nutrients that your body needs. Get more of these fats and avoid sugar as much as possible in order to avoid gaining weight.

3. Stop Producing Fat Cells

Most people don’t know this but the latest scientific research suggest that the more weight we gain, the more fat cells our bodies are creating. When we are born we have a set number of fat cells. These fat cells are important because it’s how our body stores energy. These fat cells store fat for times when we need the energy.

That’s good!

What’s interesting is our fat cells expand up to about 4 times their normal size in order to store more fat as it comes in. However when we gain weight and our current fat cells don’t have anymore room, they divide and multiply, creating more fat cells.

Not good!

So the first step is to stop gaining weight as soon as possible because the longer we wait, the more fat cells are created, making it harder to keep the weight off as these fat cells fill up so easily. It seems obvious but how many times do we put it off because the timing doesn’t feel right? So we need to stop delaying because it’s just going to get harder the longer we wait as more fat cells are piling up.

And these newly created fat cells that we are producing while gaining weight are the reason why the weight comes back so quickly after losing a bunch of weight. This is referred to as “Fat Memory” as our body seems to remember our larger weight and seems to try and get back there.

This happens because the fat cells don’t go away after we’ve created them and they are just waiting to store more fat. The second step is to take active steps to lose weight while also eating foods that actually destroy fat memory.
